1. About Chocomi

Chocomi is an e-commerce business that sources selected chocolates, coffee, snacks, chips and other consumer products from Japan and supplies them to customers in Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement to place an order.

If you are under the legal age required to make online purchases, you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to present product names, descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, origins and prices accurately. However:

  • Product packaging may change without notice.

  • Colour may vary depending on photography and screen settings.

  • Japanese-market packaging may contain Japanese-language information.

  • Manufacturers may modify ingredients, designs or specifications.

  • Product images may be illustrative.

  • Minor packaging variations do not necessarily indicate a different or counterfeit product.

Always read the original packaging before consuming or using a product.

If information on the Website differs from the physical product label, the manufacturer’s current label should be treated as the primary source for ingredients, allergens, warnings, storage instructions, expiry information and country of manufacture.

4. Imported from Japan and Product Origin

Products described as “Imported from Japan” or “Sourced from Japan” were obtained through Japan or supplied from the Japanese market.

These descriptions do not necessarily mean that the product was manufactured in Japan. A product sold in Japan may be manufactured in Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, China or another country.

We will not knowingly describe a product as “Made in Japan” unless the product packaging or reliable manufacturer information supports that statement.

  • The transaction does not violate any applicable law.

9. Pre-Orders and Special Imports

Some products may be offered as pre-orders or sourced specifically for a customer.

Estimated arrival dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. International shipping, customs clearance, supplier availability, weather, public holidays and other circumstances may cause delays.

After a specially requested product has been purchased, sourced or shipped from Japan, cancellation may not be possible. Non-recoverable sourcing, payment, freight or customs costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

10. Delivery

We deliver products to supported locations within Bangladesh through third-party delivery and courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customer location

  • Product availability

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Political or transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it.

If a product is missing, incorrect, expired, leaking or damaged, contact us within 3 calendar days and provide reasonable supporting evidence.

Refunds, returns and replacements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
